Prime District
Prime District is an online and physical store for Indonesian food and household products in Al Karama, Dubai. Its main audience is Indonesians aged 30 and above and parents, so the design and features are simple, large, and easy to use: order through a cart and send via WhatsApp, no account needed.
Project Goal
Bring an online grocery store to Indonesians living in Dubai with a simple look and an easy ordering flow, especially for shoppers aged 30 and above and parents who are less comfortable with complicated shopping apps.
What We Did
- Understanding the shopping habits of customers aged 30 and above in Dubai
- A simple interface design: large type, clear contrast, and wide buttons
- Online store development with WhatsApp ordering and no account
- Bilingual support (Indonesian and English) and prices in dirham (AED)
- Loading a catalogue of hundreds of products from the store's Excel data
- Setup of delivery, opening hours, and store location in Al Karama
